Movie review:
Had the narrative of Acharya been distributed written down, it might have been a short fiction of a sanctuary town with a legendary past. A sanctuary tracing all the way back to 800 years is at the core of two settlements — Dharmasthali and Padaghattam — flanked by a shining waterway and thick timberlands. As personal stakes emerge, individuals frantically attempt to clutch trust; an impossible friend in need reestablishes dharma. Such a story may not get old when given starting with one age then onto the next as a classic story. As a standard film, it can get obsolete. That is definitively what befalls Acharya. Notwithstanding the presence of Chiranjeevi and Slam Charan and a ton of masala components tossed in, it winds up as a dull film that won't ever take off.
Chief Koratala Siva saves the best for the last half, exhibiting the brotherhood between Acharya (Chiranjeevi) and Siddha (Smash Charan). The previous is a Naxalite while the last option has experienced childhood in a gurukul. There is, obviously, an origin story that interfaces these characters and causes Acharya to drift defensively around Siddha.
With the whiz father and child authorizing these characters, there are the high snapshots of watching them pull off arranged stunt groupings and move in a state of harmony to the 'bhale banjara' tune. There are minutes when Chiranjeevi's eyes grow proudly as he watches Slam Charan hold forward on what is good and bad, and why he would go to any length to save an individual of his kind.
